Each offering moves from denser to more subtle layers of experiencing.
Every session is unique to the individual and the time + space.
Please note that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed for the body to self-heal.

BREATHWORK
For those of you that are interested in diving into the power and magic of the Breath, I now offer private sessions.
From mindfulness to boosting performance, using this natural occurrence within the body can change your daily experience of life.
In our breathwork sessions, participants are guided through a series of intentional breathing techniques designed to enhance relaxation and promote emotional release.
The practice begins will always begin with some mindful somatic movements to grounding exercises that connect you to the Earth, allowing you to centre your mind and spirit.
As you progress, we explore different rhythms and patterns of breath that align with your inner energy. Each session fosters a deep sense of awareness, encouraging self-discovery and transformation. Allowing your breath to soften your edges, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

Healthy breathing releases endorphins which promotes relaxation and relieves tense muscles.
It also affects the fascia (connective tissue that is found throughout the whole body), therefore benefiting the whole body.

Breathing is an important actor in our overall health and in how the different systems in body function. Our breath stimulates and massages the lymphatic system.

The action of the inhale and exhale allows a soft massage of the organs as the diaphragm expands and contracts. Regular breathing can also lower our blood pressure and slow our heart rate.

REIKI HEALING

Reiki Healing is a non-invasive practice that offers profound relaxation and restorative benefits, promoting a deep sense of calm and clarity. During a session, energy is channelled to facilitate emotional and physical healing.
Many clients experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and enhanced overall well-being. The gentle + soothing nature of Reiki can help release energetic blockages, allowing for a more balanced flow of energy throughout the body.
Our sessions might incorporate the use of Crystals and Oracle cards to further support you.

A moment for you to step away of your daily duties and step into relaxation. These 30min treatments are perfect if you want to focus on a specific area or just need a quick energy shift.

An hour of total relaxation. Let yourself be bask in the Universal Healing energy. We will have time to focus on a specific area as well as a full body treatment.

Some extra time for you to sink a little deeper into relaxation. This also gives us more space for energy clearing and re-attuning your energy centres leading to the optimum flow of your precious Life Force.

With the power of Breathwork and the benefits of Reiki healing combined you will create a beautiful space within the body and mind to reset your nervous system, invite the body to naturally restore and regenerate.
The intention of these sessions can vary between relaxation and activation, at times your body will need to access a state of deep relaxation and grounding and other times you will feel that you need the energies within you to move freely. Both Reiki and Breathwork will promote a sense of attentive awareness where you are able to tune more subtly into your beings reality and current needs. Little by little, it will get easier to understand and intuit what signals your body is sending you and how to respond.
